TERMS OF SERVICE & LIABILITY WAIVER

Pilot Resumes LLC

By purchasing or using Airline Application Review services from Pilot Resumes LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to the following Terms of Service and Liability Waiver.

1. Scope of Services

Pilot Resumes LLC provides professional review, editing, and consulting services for airline employment applications. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Airline application reviews

  • Recommendations regarding content, wording, formatting, and presentation

  • General feedback intended to improve the quality and professionalism of your application

  • Resume and supporting document review when applicable

Our services are advisory only. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to accept, reject, or implement any recommendations we provide.

We do not:

  • Complete or submit airline applications on your behalf

  • Verify your employment history, certificates, ratings, education, flight time, qualifications, or any other information

  • Contact employers or recruiters on your behalf

  • Provide legal, employment, or human resources advice

  • Guarantee compliance with any airline's hiring standards or application requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to any employer is accurate, truthful, complete, and current.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Pilot Resumes LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the outcome of any application or hiring process.

Specifically, we do not guarantee:

  • Interviews

  • Assessments or invitations to continue in the hiring process

  • Job offers

  • Employment

  • Advancement through any stage of an airline's selection process

  • Positive feedback from recruiters or hiring managers

Hiring decisions are made exclusively by each employer and are influenced by numerous factors outside our control, including qualifications, competition, hiring needs, internal policies, market conditions, and employer discretion.

3. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all application materials before submission

  • Verifying the accuracy of all information

  • Ensuring compliance with airline application instructions

  • Meeting all application deadlines

  • Making the final decision regarding any edits or recommendations

Any decision to submit, modify, or rely upon our recommendations is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. No Warranty

All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilot Resumes LLC disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or suitability for employment.

5. Release of Liability

By using our services, you voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Pilot Resumes LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from or relating to:

  • Your use of our services

  • Any recommendations or feedback provided

  • Your reliance upon our advice

  • Changes made or not made to your application

  • Rejection from any employer

  • Failure to receive an interview

  • Failure to receive an assessment invitation

  • Failure to receive a conditional job offer or employment

  • Delays in hiring

  • Removal from consideration

  • Decisions made by airlines or recruiters

  • Any employment-related outcome

You acknowledge that employment decisions are made solely by the hiring airline and are beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pilot Resumes LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

If Pilot Resumes LLC is found liable for any reason, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Revisions

When applicable, we will provide a reasonable number of revisions based on the information originally supplied by you.

Revisions do not include:

  • New employment history

  • New flight experience

  • New qualifications

  • Significant changes in career direction

  • Additional airline applications not originally included

Such requests may require an additional fee.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reviewed application materials for your personal employment search.

All templates, review methods, proprietary language, written recommendations, processes, and intellectual property developed by Pilot Resumes LLC remain our exclusive property.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute our materials

  • Share our proprietary feedback commercially

  • Use our materials for training, business, or commercial purposes without written permission

9. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final.

Once work has begun, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided.

We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions within the agreed scope of services.

10. Deadline Disclaimer

Pilot Resumes LLC is not responsible for missed application deadlines resulting from:

  • Late submission of materials by the Client

  • Delayed communication from the Client

  • Technical issues involving airline application systems

  • Internet outages

  • Changes to airline hiring timelines

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pilot Resumes LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Information you provide

  • Your use of our services

  • Your submission of employment applications

  • Any alleged misrepresentation contained in your application materials

  • Any dispute between you and a prospective or current employer

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using our Airline Application Review services, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms of Service and Liability Waiver;

  • Agree to be legally bound by them;

  • Accept full responsibility for all employment application materials you submit;

  • Understand that Pilot Resumes LLC does not guarantee interviews, employment, or any hiring outcome; and

  • Release Pilot Resumes LLC from liability for any hiring, interview, employment, or application-related outcome arising from your use of our services.
