  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or book into the schedule! You’ll always hear back quickly. If it takes longer than 24 hours, reach out again. You may have a full email inbox or typed in your email incorrectly.

  • Sometimes clients think we're a huge team over here and that you'll be outsourced overseas... nope!

We're a one-woman show (for now) and our owner, Carolynn, does everything. She replies to emails, creates content on social media AND does the Zoom calls. How does she do it all?

By focusing on quality instead of quantity and focusing on the relationships she has with recruiters to receive detailed inside info.

You won't be waiting ages for a resume without hearing anything back. She caps her weekly workload and maintains about a week turnaround time for new documents. It isn't because she isn't busy! It's because she genuinely cares about her clients and they are willing to wait a week or so to book in with her.

    Quality truly counts.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page, info@pilotresumes.com email or on Instagram and Facebook @pilotresumes

  • We don’t advertise pricing because each person is unique. We also don’t accept payment upfront (aside from Q&As) because sometimes you really don’t need a brand new resume and we can review or edit accordingly. We will always discuss price before we schedule, but we are regularly thanked for our low pricing model.

We aren’t out to nickel and dime pilots. More money doesn’t always mean better quality but we like to say our prices are competitive to renting a C172 for an hour.

  • Head over to Instagram and check out our highlights labeled “Testimonials 1”, “Testimonials 2” and “Testimonials 3”. We have received so much positive feedback it’s impossible to keep updated on the website!

We usually hear, “Thank you for being kind, listening to me and not treating me like a number.”

  • Carolynn was a recruiter for eight years outside of aviation before falling into the world of pilots. She worked for a boutique recruitment agency, which in simple terms means she sourced, headhunted, interviewed and wrote resumes and cover letters for people all day long. Companies paid five figures per candidate and she learned everything along the way.

In addition, she has parsed resumes into ATS systems and learned exactly what works best. She is estimated to have parsed and uploaded over 350,000 resumes (making sure each one was correct!) and has seen over 1 million resumes throughout her career.

  • Carolynn’s husband decided to go to flight school to become a commercial pilot. Before long, Carolynn was writing resumes and cover letters for pilots who came her way. She built relationships with recruiters at airlines, made friends with chief pilots involved in hiring and perfected how she customized resumes for pilots. Clients were getting hired and the feedback on the resumes was extremely positive and former clients wanted her to expand and be able to share her with others.

Carolynn enjoys specializing in low-time pilots and believes everyone deserves someone to listen to them and represent them in the best way possible. She does not believe in cutting corners or that anyone has a linear career path, which is why it’s so important to her to meet on Zoom for any service.

In early 2025, Carolynn began pilot recruiting in the background and regularly tackles pilot requisitions from around the world. She enjoys writing career-focused articles for The Pilot Network and running TPN Talent (and occasionally takes a flight with her pilot husband when she can!)

  • Resumes are created completely from scratch even when they are similar in nature to former clients’ documents. There are no text boxes, anchor points or strange formatting, which means you can use your resume for the rest of your career. We always recommend using Google Docs and saving a copy to your drive so that you can access it forever.

  • We sure do! We have had a pilot on every continent and international friends who have worked overseas. When we say we know pilot resumes, we know every regulatory authority too.
